We just played this on AIM and it worked very very well - so this is an experiment to see if it will work here....
Join and then write a role for mafia and post it to me. The roles recieved will be jumbled up and distributed with minor changes to help merge them.
Im looking at a 20 player game.
Get writing those roles. The role cannot be too insane or too hard to mod, and should have a winning condition eg Cultist owns 50% of town.

Im collating the results so far. There is only one role Im rejecting as it made the game impossible.... and Im writing a role based on it to replace it ( a more limited version).
The role setup WILL not be revealed, and if you play right bandwagons may not be so powerful in this game.... (You all know your role is out there somewhere (bar one so far))
I have enough to play, but I will hold this open for more players for the moment. |

| Not a bad point - can all players let me know when they want the game to start - starting after Christmas is not a bad idea - otherwise night 1 and day 1 might last weeks and weeks etc |

I have 6 players so far that have submitted 'role theif' as their idea. I am only using one players concept (the tidies) - and I have told that player im using theirs. If you want to resubmit some I am in need of a few more mafia type players, and a few unique ones....
Ill do a statistic of role types later to show what we have so far. |

Night One:
*enter Tommy Hilfiger* Tommy is applying his age defying facial cream, preparing for bed, when he hears a knock at the door.
Calvin Kline rushes in the door,out of breth. "Tommy, you've got to save me, they're after m..."but he is cut short by a poisoned dart-shot straight into his jugular(eeew)
Tommy is beside himself. how could anyone kill such a great man??? a god of the fashion world. he takes a close look at the dart-made of colored feathers and glitter. Home made-looking and yet there, on the side is the "made in tiwan sticker"
it is the work of Martha stewart(well, her child laborers, actually)!!!
Tommy races out of his house to tell the world of his horrible discovery.(becasue using the phone owuld be too easy and not at all cool enough for a fashion designer of his status)
he reaches the police station, but it is to no avail. forgetting to remove his facial mask before leaving the house, the cop mistakes him for a swamp monster with impeccibe taste and shoots him on the spot. oops!
