| Chucky, I'm not being stupid (but you are welcome to your opinion, I’ve been called worse), I simply don't trust you. Every time you post there is a definite evasive story you try to spin. Never telling the whole story other than saying "just drop it, I’m not it, look somewhere else". I don't particularly believe you are the brain of the operations as you so claim. But that's just personal opinion. This is why you got my vote. |

Vote: Trevize because 1) he seems to be random-voting and 2) doesn't seem to want to explain himself clearly. Yeah, chucky is being evasive, but I don't think it warrants voting especially when everyone else has not even began to say anything useful.

Vote: Trevize, not because I trust chucky (I don't), but because I think Trevize is acting like he has something to hide.
A thought about chucky: maybe one of his role requirements is that he must be insulting to someone/something in every post? |

Interesting that you're voting Trevize because he's not explaining his vote for chucky, and yet no-one is coming down on me for it. Perhaps Trevize is trusting my judgment based on yesterday's events. Or you all think I'm very wrong.
Just a point, but Trevize, I think you better explain yourself a little better.
Intersting thought, Hitchhiker. How do we find out though? |

Vote: crackerjack for being a doofus. Your "blanket vote" shows carelessness and negligence. It displays either an unawareness of events going on, or lack of intelligence. It certainly shows no signs of investigative or cognitive skills whatsoever. It looks more like you scanned the thread, found out two of the players were bantering, and decided for lack of better judgment to vote them both. Don't you think that vote was kind of silly after BearTalon tried to get me lynched day 1? At the very least, PICK one of us and FoS the other. A little more information wouldn't be a bad thing either, but is not entirely necessary. BTW, yes, I know calling you a doofus will make me the one picked, but if you're going to play mafia, play it right, OK? I'm not about to pussyfoot around you in fear of your uninformed vote.
Apologies to the rest of the players. |

Well I was expecting this bandwagoning on me since Macadanians posts (144/149) where he said that he knew I was innocent. Then Beartalon (152) said Mac was lieing because Mac had actually had actually investigated Gaspode. I thought then, after the town killed Mac (a vampire), that arrows would be flashing in my direction.
Instead they are going now for going with my guts instinct for voting on chucky. Xerox posting amused me the most since he too is suspicious of chucky but voted for me as well.
I must say I am no threat for the town. I even voted against Mac on day one. But there must have been an investigation on me (I would have if I were the cop) after the whole Mac fiasco, and clearly no one has come out. I think the only way I can persuade the town is by stating that I should have been investigated by now, if the cop was experienced, and his/her silence is my ally.
All I ask, for the towns sake, is that you unvote me for this one night. I welcome an investigation on my part so to clear my name. I have nothing to hide from the town. Like many of your votes on me, my vote was instinct based.

A doofus? Who uses the word doofus?
vote: werebear
Because werebear has gone from a fun-loving, easy going mafia player who often brings levity to the game, to one who thinks there is a "right" way to play and if you aren't playing by that "right" way, then you are a doofus. |

| Just for the record, Mac was lying about being a good type. That doesn't mean that Trevize is guilty by association with Mac, just because Mac said he was innocent. It just means Mac was lying about his night choice, AND his role. |

Unvote: Trevize
My brain hurts.
Vote: crackerjack for making my brain hurt. (And for trying to vote for two people at once, both of whom are people I think I actually trust at the moment.)
I think there's a slim possibility that crackerjack could be vote-controlled or something similar, but in any case he's behaving very oddly. And why take such exception to the word "doofus?" That's a mild epithet compared to the ones IS and Antrax hurl in the typical Mafia game. Sheesh. |

Hitchhiker mentioned it, so I'm going to let you know about a possibility of vote control. Here's the role as I submitted it to amb. When I told him I wasn't playing, he deleted it, then I changed my mind, so he may or may not be using it in this form. It's very similar to the "Brothers" role:
Symbiosis:- This requires a duo of one Mafia, one Town.
- They are aware of each other's side, but no more. The townie knows no other Mafia, and the Mafia only knows that this one person is a townie.
- The other Mafia or Town do not know of the symbiosis. Investigators get an "unclear" reading when either one is examined at night. If a Doctor protects one, the other also automatically escapes any other death or effect.
- The symbiotic pair cannot vote for each other.
- They must vote to lynch the same way, so whomever votes first on any day, the other must follow with the same vote, and change when the other does. Complications occur of course when the town-part votes for another Mafia; the Mafia-half must then vote for that Mafia.
- The Mafia can never submit his symbiotic townie for a night kill. The other Mafia may as they don't know about the relationship.
- If either one is lynched or the townie is killed at night, the other dies the next night (suicide). So, it's a good idea to keep each other alive.
- Condition to force a win: Both must still be alive on the day the population of the living drops to or below 20% or 20%+1 of the original number of players (rounded up; whichever gives an odd result). So, in a game of 20, they have to be two of the last five or less (20%+1) alive. If Mafia outnumber Town, the symbiotic townie dies and the Mafia win immediately. If Town outnumber Mafia, the symbiotic Mafia dies and the town wins.

And then the sun set...
The town wasnt ready for it to set. No one was at the required count for lynching. But alas, sleep waits for no man.
It is now night. There was no lynch.

The night was not a calm one. Those that could sleep were a rarity. Fresh memories of earthquakes and killings stole the precepts of peaceful slumber yet again. Would this night be any different. Would the town pay dearly for its inability to lynch.
ralphmerridew, the next door neighbour of the deceased redeemer, waited patiently for the conditions needed to recruit. The suicide on day 1 had all but obliterated his chances of winning the game as an evil GodFather corrupter of the redeemed. His only chance was to re-corrupt a redeemed vampire - and since there have been none, he sat waiting some more. Lost in depressive thought he never saw the jawbone coming.
"This Jawbone is unusually shaped - and is rather human" stated a townsman investigating the scene. "Do we know anyone with this awkward and weird shaped jaw?". Sadly the town did. HitchhikerII the illiterate priest has been murdered visciously and her jaw removed. Her investigation tray seemed empty, so somewhere, someone recieved valuable information before her death.
While the sombre town stood glumly, CrackerJack suddenly had a thought. "Look - you know how I made Neo speak all that gibberish, well I think we can use that to get all the mafia. Watch this. This is a weird one. What we do is....". CrackerJack coughed and spluttered suddenly, and thats when the town noticed how anemic he looked. And then he was no more.
Deaths
CrackerJack - Schizophrenic doctor. Protected players from death, but each protection had a strange backfire - from a list of four that CJ could choose from. Some of the backfires had a different effect to what CJ was told.
HitchhikerII - Priest. Each night could select a player, investigate them and send that information to another player. Could not recieve any investigations herself.
ralphmerridew - Corrupter. Created a mini mafia group by corrupting any players named as redeemed by the mod. There was a two fold way of achieving this, but HH1's suicide on night 1 effectively screwed ralphmerridews game.
Death summary: 1 Priest, 1 Doc, 1 Neutralised-for-now Evil dude.
There are 10 players alive, and it will take 6 to lynch.
Finally - Trevize is wearing the aura of protection. He is unable to be lynched today.

Well, there's further evidence that MacadamiamaN was lying. There actually was a priest wou could not read his own investigations. I wonder who learned what Hitchhikers last investigation was?
I will openly apologize to chucky. I chose you for my investigation last night, and I was told "you made no night choice". |

| My mistake - when I said two DAYS, I meant Jan. 30th, not "Day 3 of the mafia". I haven't checked my email in a few days. And I'm only passing on what I was told. If someone else received a contrary result, I'd be more than happy to discuss it with them, all they have to do is speak up. |

| I think Werebear is telling the truth on this one. The only other possibilities are that he's lying, in which case somone would come forwards, or that the person that really got the investigations is dead. He could not know if the person who got the investigations was dead, and he would not take the risk of being found out if there is somone who did get the investigation. I'm just curious as to why you aren't sharing that information. |
