Designer Mafia II - town narrowly wins

Welcome to the chasms of the minds of each other. All the roles you are about to encounter were essentially written by each other. This time I have tweaked every single role in mostly minor ways, but it will be enough to keep you guessing and dont assume because you wrote a role to be evil that it still is, and dont assume that the powerful doctor you wrote isnt working on behalf of the mafia. You can probably get away with assumptions like that, but maybe... maybe not.

There were 4 players missing from roles when I started. I have written roles in their absence, and these roles are now final.

A new twist to the game. There are boxes floating around. The boxes can be yellow, red, blue or green. If you recieve a box you can choose to open it or pass it on to any other player. Opening it may have an advantage or a disadvantage - and each box works differently. If you recieve a box, you MUST choose what to do with it.

A kazoo could be heard playing. Snakes being charmed. Polotet heard a faint knock at the door. He placed down the kazoo and wandered over. A small discussion took place with the stranger and the door, and then a single shot was fired. Polotet slumped. And the stranger removed a blade and engraved the letter 'T' into Polotets hand, and left.

There seemed to be no other deaths, so the town went off to do its normal everyday tasks including surfing the net. In frustration, the surfers, discovered that google.com seemed to be down. Luckily the local server resided in a small nearby building. The town entered to find the main server of Google with an electromagnet hanging over it and its hard drives wiped. The computer was labelled 'xer0x' and the town was aware what it meant.

xer0x - The google.com server, and weak cop is dead. Each night he was able to investigate a player. The results were determined by a real life search on google for the investigated players name, and if that players name turned up in a reference to the grey labyrinth, then xer0x would have recieved a result, otherwise he would get a "No documents were found matching your search" or under certain circumstances a faked response.

Polotet on the other hand was evil. He was able to send his snakes out to bite and kill OR to use his Kazoo to entice people into his evil cult. Polotet was the Snake Charming Recruiter.

A figure wandered down the road carrying a yellow box. He took the box and placed it in the back of a letter box on the edge of the street. He then proceeded home unharmed.

There are 24 alive. It will take just 13 to lynch. Day has begun

I'm fairly certain that since there was no snake bite kill, Polotet must have recruited somone.

More accurately, Polotet must have tried to recruit somebody. There are generally limitations on who can be recruited. Designer 1, vampires could only recruit good people. Most games, the cult can only recruit ordinary townies, or have a chance of failure at any recruitment.

Hmm... that's a good point veg. But could it be like last Designer mafia, with the Vampires, where if the head recruiter dies, the rest are normal...

Id just like to comment after a players email. All night choices were processed. If something didnt happen that you expected eg Investigation, Death, Protection, Whatever, there was a reason. Live with it and better luck next night.
