I'd vote for Quailman if he wouldn't be protecte. I think he is pulling our ears over our eyes, to stay in toontalk.

And so, a cast of toons surround Director Raoul. "But I'm not the one you seek, I'm not even a toon!" protests the Director. "This wasn't in the script either!"

Director Raoul didn't notice the steamroller heading towards him until it was too late. In short order, there was a very flat Director with a very astonished look on his face lying in the middle of the road.

"Hey, wait, he's not a 'toon, why did that happen?" said a member of the peanut gallery, just as Director Raoul began to reinflate in front of their eyes... however, this time, his eyes bugged out like daggers, and his voice squeaked horribly.

YOU CAN'T KILL ME THAT WAY, YOU WRETCHED TOONS! YOU ALL BELONG TO ME! YOU'RE MINE!

Unfortunately for Judge Doom, the standing toons were ready for him, and he was hit with several streams of dip at once. He screamed as he melted into a puddle of ooze and ink "It's not over yet, you stupid toons!"

Neo, Judge Doom, has been steamrolled then dipped by the town. It is night! Deadline, let's say, Wednesday, noon GL time.

And with that, the Great and Mighty Hand of Mod shoves the sun below the horizon, and the stars bounce up into the sky.

[i]Yet another day breaks over Toon Town, but a little tape fixes that. The remaining toons gather in the town square, but since it's a little tight in there, they get out of the square and into a nice town hexagon, each member taking a side. Wait, hexagon? Who's missing?

It doesn't take more than a few minutes of "uhmmmmmm"ing to realize that Quailman did not show up. The toons go to the police station, and find a gruesome scene of mayhem and destruction, as well as the charred remains of one Lieutenant's hat.

Lieutenant Santino (town) is no longer among us.

It is DAY, there are 6 remaining, that means 4 to lynch.

None of you are actually interested in any sort of logic, which is a shame, since I think we are in tremendous trouble at the moment. There were five members of the Toon Patrol. Look it up somewhere; it's not exactly difficult to find. And what does that mean? Why, it means that there are two left. Obviously Quail was not a true cop, and his investigations (or at least the first several) are worthless.

But stick your heads in the sand; clearly none of you care about the game enough to think things through - which makes it awfully hard for me to care either.

And so, once again, the normally jovial 'toons turn on one of their own. This time, it was Benny the Cab fated to get the dip.

All of a sudden, Dewey tripped over Speedy Gonzales, and fell on the Road Runner. Benny started laughing, a high-pitched "heee-HEEEE hee hee". Louie ran to help, and fell on a cigar butt from Baby Herman, and fell on his head. The laughter increased, punctuated with gasping noises. Everyone looked in wonder as benny transmogrified into Stupid Weasel, who promptly fell over.

"Is he dead?"
"Yep, laughed himself to death, see the X's in his eyes?"

At that point, an angelweasel, strumming a harp, started wafting to heaven, a few seconds before a demon with a harpoon took his wings off and plummeted him down to the firey depths.

The rest of the toons disposed of the remaining dip before Johnny Bravo tried using it as hair gel.

CONGRATULATIONS, TOWN you have saved Toon Town from certain death!

I must say though, the "everybody claim a role and we'll pick on who's not plausible" plan really killed the game for me. Maybe I'm just bitter though.

Nah, I agree. Once it became clear that a town win was inevitable I lost interest in the game.

Your quote was still irrevalent, as Quailman's post saying that Jesternl was not next came after the one that did.

I agree with Neo, though, in that the massive roleclaim killed the fun we could have has in the end game.

The endgame was pretty clear cut not because of the roleclaiming, but because almost all of the people whose role was provable (the masons, Roger, Gyro, Roadrunner, Speedy, maybe Santino, Eddie) survived to the endgame.

(With 9 provable roles in a 21/22 person game, the odds of most of the goods surviving is probably pretty good.)

What was up with the rabbit? Of course, I posted as RR, depending on the scenario. Initially, RR hid amongst the innocents at a random place (which happened to be Werebear).

Scenario 1: The mafia finds and kills RR. The town will go into mourning, forfeiting one lynch. Jessica will become a killer - until she has killed Judge Doom.

Scenario 2: Eddie Valiant (or Dolores) finds RR. Gets to determine where to hide RR every night. RR becomes a voting member during day-time, vote determined by EV (D). If EV dies, D takes over. If both dead, RR will vote for the front runner to cast a deciding vote, and go back to hide in his initial hide-out during the night.
