Both have had to defeat their respective siblings, and both have had blow outs victories on the way. Who advances?

I like 3 of the 4 semi-finalists, so not too bad in that sense. Still routing for Indy, even over LotR.

*joins zK*

Crazy's a nice place. I took the more scenic route - I passed through Ummummummville first.

DP, I'm curious, which of the 4 don't you like?

Yeah, I'm afraid I'm going to have to sit this one out. It's just too hard! *joins Courk and zK in Crazy* By the way, I've always been here, no route needed. Wink

I also agree with DP. That's the only movie that I wish hadn't made it this far. It almost spoils the fun for the rest of them. (Seeing as how it's almost, but not quite, a shoo-in.)

What the... farce, someone is using sock puppets in the voting. I voted earlier today and last crusade was ahead. Where did all the votes suddenly come from?

Me too. You can bet once Shawshank dominates its competition, I'll be voting for that, too.

Nah it's always like this for LotR movies. The anti-votes come quickly, but they regain the lead after a few days.

Well, it would seem that Lord of the Rings has run it's route. Well done, LotR, well done.

It seems to have gained 5 in the last 24 hours. Statistically that is dubious.

This system has its faults. If you think LOTR cheated, then you know it really lost, and can be happy about that. For those of us who did legitamately vote LOTR, we can ignore the suspicious circumstances and just be glad it *might* win.

Come on LotR.

The votes might simply have been from people who hadn't voted yet. I just voted for it yesterday. I couldn't decide between the two.

I don't think it has anything to do with that. We do get a lot of new members everyday. Of course, if it is someone here who is just creating new accounts, I'd rather not know about it.

I agree. Reason why I agree is that in past voting, most of the high influx of votes have usually come from the week days and not the weekend days.

To anwser a question: A tie will be handled the same way I did the last two: An extra 24 hours.

Most of the members within the past month with 0 posts had filled out nothing in their profile other than a website.

That looks to me more like spam bots trying to increase a website's placement on search engines than members registering extra names to place votes.

And get a three way final? Interesting idea, but it seems to me it would be a bit unfair to SW...
