But "Jurassic Park" is a movie script disguised as a book.
Whereas the recent Jackson films show that "The Lord of the Rings" isn't.

Well, I didn't like the movies either, so that point is rather moot. And yes, the JP movie was better than the book, but that doesn't mean that they can't both be better than LotR books/movies.

I would rank them... JP Movie > JP Book > LotR Books > LotR Movies.

And of course I'm still opposed to having all 3 as one.
