I've solved it, but then again, I was the proofreader. - ZM

I got the same solution. Like the previous puzzles, all the steps were logical, so I think the solution is unique.

Same solution, though technically ... the ninth row should read #...#...0.

While the perspective images look nice, would the mods consider also putting up a more practical / printer-friendly image with future puzzles?

No. It makes them harder to solve this way. (I'll see what I can do)

I concur with ralphmerridew -- with the Home Decorating Project, in order for Paint's fill-color button to be useful, I had to convert the image into a GIF in order to flatten the colors out a bit. mathgrant's PNG, with its flat colors, is much better for Paint than a JPG is.

I think I ended up printing this one and doing it with pencil.

Another way to flatten colours is to use Posturize in Microsoft Photo Editor or other graphics program. Posturising to 2 bits usually makes the whites white without leaving gaps. (If only I could do that with my washing...)

This is totally unrelated to the actual puzzle, but I cannot tell what part of the board is being reflected in the vase.

I think it it looks like the left hand corner closest to you. The vase is a hexagon shape so the reflections are interesting.

It is the lower-left corner. You can see the 1 and the 0. The problem is it's reflecting as though the vase is flat, not round.

And you also see a reflection that is on a different face of the vase which is much closer.

The vase (which is an octogan, not a hexagon Cannibal) has two sides in our view with reflections on it. The nearest side is reflecting the very left edge of the paper. The near-right side is reflecting some arrows near the middle of the paper.

It's not the corner that's reflected, but i would worry more about the fact that the two links are all messed up because of one misplaced "="...

Let this be final proof of where the reflections were coming from.

And an octogon is a "hexagon shape" Razz

Just out of curiosity, what is to keep someone from merely painting over all of the arrow boxes, and nothing else?

Never mind, I reread the puzzle, and I now understand the error in my thinking.
