The Happy Birthday puzzle has been finished, making room for a new puzzle that addresses the problems of today's workers.

I also made a big push at attacking the massive pile of messages in my inbox. If you sent feedback before January 20th and have NOT received a response and your message was NOT the solution to a currently unsolved puzzle, please re-send it. I tried not to let any messages slip through the cracks, but these things happen. Otherwise, I'm considering myself relatively caught up in that department.
