Thank you good sir, that is most kind. Truth be told, however, I was rather hoping you would graze our presence with a more lengthy reply so as to leave us the tiniest window into your very soul, that we may perchance descry that which is your true being.
Ahh, but alas, I know I ask and presume to much. But I am afraid that I must persists in my inquiries. Perhaps, should another gentleman or two see fit to profess their support for my cause, you shall delight us with you word. |

My apologies, in my vanity I took them to be clear as the a summers day in June, however I now see that it is in fact more like a rainy autumn day where one is best served by staying in the warm comfort of ones domicile.
But to the point, for I shall not tarry and bore you with the needless rambles of a self-conceited writer. The charge that I put forward, and let me here say that it is but a small matter, is the eagerness which you have displayed in pointing out the possible flaw in other gentleman, I refer of course to our good friend amb, who you so strongly accuse of most ungentlemanly behaviour. |

| I hardly strongly accused him. Even i said that the sandwich theory was weak. I just fely that at the time voting amb was better than a random vote. Now however that i have seen his reaction i believe that there may be something to my allegations after all. Not so much the sandwich theory but amb's scuminess. |

Vote Azu
First he attacks me with stupid logic forcing me to have to defend myself, and now because I was forced to defend myself I now appear 'scummy'. This is out and out manipulation and is making me rethink his role. I wasnt so sure about voting him before because he appeared to be a misguided townie. I am less sure about that than I was previously. |

Both of you have to calm down a bit. I'm just about positive that neither of you two are mafia, but I know for sure that you can and will go down a road that leaves both of you lynched, one for not taking a joke and the other for not knowing when he's taken a joke too far. Sheesh! There's a nightkilling mafia and a daykiller out there, and these two yokels want to waste our first two shots at lynching scum trying to get on each other's nerves! _________________ smile |

I agree with the Cheshire gentleman. Let us calm our emotions and together experience the simple joy one may find in a cup of tee, perhaps we can even presume upon our kind host to gaze into pantry and see if a piece of lemon should be forthcoming.
So, as we sit here, I cannot help but ponder where we should turn our collected attention next, for surely, in an assembly of so many fine gentlemen as we have here, we can find someone who, most unkindly, have intrude upon our small masquerade.
Perhaps our resident rapturous rascal Raekuul would care to share precisely what it is the unfortunate Mr. Pooky have done to deserve such attention. |

IGMEOY: TCM
Whenever TCM is acting THIS town helpful, it always freaks me out because he ends being the last person I suspect of being scummy and he ends up being Godfather or something. Not an FOS, just a reminder for me not to trust such a nice person. It seems to me that when TCM acts really pro-town, he sometimes is scum doing an Oscar worthy performance of tricking a lot of people. |

Why does the fact that there is a daykiller (I'm glad there is no day that's called kenny) leeds you to a vote for Pooky? I read through your posts, but I'm not able to find anything that deals with this.

I belive you are labouring under a misconception. The Cheshire Gentleman is of the opinion that neither of the gentlemen in question are unsavoury.
As for the young rascal I say we gave a chance to see if his professed knowledge is indeed more than a fleeting fancy. After all, should it occur that he has unashamedly bamboozled us, we would waste no time expunging him from our mist and cast him out on the street in the same fashion one disposes of ones washing water.

I re-read Raekuuls posts. He has a clear ability to ask questions during the day. This makes him highly unlikely to also be a night investigator because he' be knocked out too early to be fair to town. So I place nothing on the pooky vote. Worse than that, he hasnt had time to verify his results even were he a night cop.
What confuses me most is that KennyKiller jumps out and states his reasoning and votes raekuul as a result. Then AZu says he will bite and votes an alternative (but related) player...
The pooky bandwagon has arisen from an incorrect assumption that Raekuul is claiming cop. I dont think he is. And if he is; Then its poor play on day 1 to do so under no real pressure. At current rates scum dont need to do anything - the doctor will be confessing next; And perhaps a roleblocker while we are at it. |

This is way I see it:
* Raekuul clearly states that he has reasons to vote Pooky.
* If Raekuul is mafia this is a very bad technique has he is certainly lynched should Pooky turn out to be innocent
* If Raekuul is town and not certain that Pooky is mafia this is also a very bad move as he, again, is lynched if Pooky is innocent.
* Thus, I find it most likely that he do know something about Pooky. Do I think it was smart to let on so soon? No, but he has and we got to live with it (also remember that he is new to mafia).
Also how did you get the: "He has a clear ability to ask questions during the day."? I see no such thing. |

Embedded in the wall, just inches away from his neck, is a poison dart -- the type that's shot from a blowpipe.
Bluesoul, It would appear that you are a prime target. Okay, which wall and at what angle did the dart hit?
|
Mod replied with details.
| Quote: |
Isaac plopped down in a settee. "By the time I had the right equipment to measure the angle of impact, someone had removed the dart. I think they didn't want us to trace the trajectory and figure out where they stood at the time of the attack." He paused "And in case you didn't notice: bluesoul has been brutally murdered. I think you meant to address Leonidas."
|
Since then we have all tried to come up with questions for the mod. But Raekuul had to know he'd get an answer from the outright way he asked. This is why I call it a day skill. Raekuul also FOSd pooky and then once he learnt for sure it was a day killer he voted Pooky. I doubt it being a claim of cop any more than any other day 1 random vote. Im gunna stab in the dark that Raekuul is probably an inspector author such as the guy who wrote Sherlock Holmes (doyle?) and thus his skill is questioning during the day. Otherwise I see no reason for a newbie to just outrightly question the mod about the angle of the dart. Its too obscure, and as shown by the answer - meaningless - but it had 1 clear advantage to R. It proved that his skill worked. Thats about all. Pooky may or may not be scum. We can get to him later. But Raekuul has not claimed cop even indirectly. |

Definitely Unvote: Pooky.
Actually I'm starting to get mote suspicious of Raekuul himself. Half his post hardly makes sense as it is and now this:
| Quote: |
| I got scared (so to say) that [Pooky] was suspecting me of having... a role, while not being sure of that role. I assumed that Pooky was scum. |
He only asked if you prefer milk or dark chocolate for crying out loud! How in the world can that make you suspicious?
And I strongly doubt Reakuul can ask the mod (meaningful) questions. He asked mod a question within the bounds of the "flavour" and got a "flavour" response in return.
Secondly, can we really vote TCM simply for trying to calm matters down a little? A scum would probably have watched happily while two townies tore at each others throat.
Oh, and welcome back from the pseudo-dead Leo. Good to still have you with us. |

No problems Raekuul - anytime you want me to coordinate a lynch against you just ask. I dont even need to be in the game :-p
In the meanwhile, I like the "Overly helpful TCM" theory because ive seen it before. So id rather see a bit of pressure on him to see how he copes. I doubt we'll lynch him, but it would at least be another 10 posts of fun.
I dont think Raekuul has ever claimed, or ever said a thing that screams scum. At least yet. And anyways Im waiting for him to take the title "COnniving or gullible. Take yr pick" :-p |

Bah! I made a typo.
I meant that the comment about I'm sure both of you are NOT scum seems to be the type of comment that scum who know who the scum are would make.
It's designed to garner the trust of both addressed parties while sounding cool and rational.
If later TCM is shown to be scum, this comment would create a WIFOM like situation when looking at those other 2 players.
Thus it is my belief that we have TCM scumbag making comment about 2 innocents. _________________ 3-1 against Mith in Fantasy Football. |
