Halloween Treats

On Allhallows Eve, a fairy princess, a ghost, a ghoul, a goblin and a Jar Jar Binks were dividing up the spoils of the nights work. In total, there were 100 candy bars. By decree of the Great Pumpkin, the following method of dividing up the spoils was used:

In alphabetical order, each would propose some division of the spoils. If a majority agrees, the candy will be divided up that way. If the majority doesn't agree, the one who proposed the division loses his or her vote and doesn't get any candy.

If all are selfish, but adept in logic, what division will the princess propose?
